Houston G&S Again Earns Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency

We’re excited to announce that the Gilbert & Sullivan Society of Houston in 2026 has once again received the Platinum Seal of Transparency from Candid. This is the highest recognition for nonprofits, awarded to fewer than 1% of charities.

Earning it demonstrates our values of integrity and accountability, openly sharing our mission, strategies, and impact.

Candid was formed in 2019 when GuideStar and the Foundation Center merged. A nonprofit themselves, they are champions of transparency who believe information is key to driving change in our communities. Candid offers the highest-quality data on 1.9 million nonprofits in the United States, gathered from the IRS, enriched with data collected directly from organizations, and delivered in a way that makes it easy to explore and understand.

Our donors already trust Houston G&S, but this seal affirms our commitment to be worthy of that trust. We keep our profile up to date so you can see what your donations help us accomplish.
